Kosmont Realty (“KR”) has been retained by the City of Moorpark as Housing Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark (“Housing Successor Agency” or “HSA” or “Seller”) as the exclusive representative in the disposition and sale of certain property owned by the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark (“RDA”) pursuant to the requirements contained in the California legislation known as ABx1 26, AB 1484, and SB 107.
