Norco Surplus Property Disposition

Kosmont Realty Corporation (“KRC”) was retained by the City of Norco (“City”) to represent the City in the marketing, sale, and disposition of a ~3.31 acre vacant industrial property located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of the 15 and 60 Freeways in the City of Eastvale. In connection with the sale of the property, which is currently underway, KRC managed the surplus land disposition process for the City, pursuant to Government Code Section 54220-54232, as it pertains to the disposition of real property by a municipality as well as prepared and transmitted written offers to sell to public entities as required under the Government Code.
